At The Ascension Chronicles, we want every reader to have a good experience with their purchase.
Ebooks and digital products
Because ebooks and other digital products are delivered immediately, all digital sales are final unless there is a technical issue with the file or an accidental duplicate purchase. If you have trouble accessing your ebook, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Paperbacks and physical products
If your paperback arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Order issues
If you entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong format, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed, but we will do our best to help.
How to request help
Please contact us through our store contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, delivered ebooks, and any physical items that show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
